Crystal Grids and Sacred Geometry: Learning to Work With Energy in Form
Crystals are not doing the work for you. They are supporting what you’re already holding.
My relationship with crystals didn’t start as something intentional.
It started with curiosity.
And a moment I couldn’t quite explain.
The First Time I Saw Energy Move
I remember being at a friend’s place.
There were crystals around—nothing unusual.
But something felt different.
At some point, I started noticing something subtle.
It felt like the crystals weren’t just sitting there.
There was movement.
Not physical movement, but energetic.
A kind of flow.
At the time, I didn’t fully understand what I was seeing or feeling.
But I knew something was happening.
My First Crystal: Moldavite
Not long after that, I got my first crystal—a moldavite pendant.
That experience was intense.
Moldavite has a very distinct energy.
For me, it immediately activated my upper field.
Especially around the third eye.
Working With the Third Eye
When I started wearing moldavite, I noticed:
increased sensitivity
more vivid awareness during meditation
stronger connection to intuition
It felt like something was opening.

At the beginning of my journey, I was naturally drawn to crystals that supported the upper chakras.

Amethyst helped me feel calm and connected.

Rose Quartz softened my emotional field.
Clear Quartz felt like… amplification.

It magnified what was already there.

As my sensitivity grew, my experience with crystals changed.
I wasn’t just holding them anymore.

It reflects and amplifies.
During a period where I was focused on manifestation, I worked a lot with clear quartz.
I would:
set an intention
hold the crystal
focus my awareness
And what I noticed was:
The intention felt stronger.
More focused.
More coherent.

My Experience in Denver
Last summer, I went to Denver for a psychedelic conference.
And something unexpected happened.
I found myself surrounded by crystal shops.
Especially clear quartz.
I spent time just being with them.
Holding them.
Feeling the energy.

How I Use Grids
I started using grids for:
protection
healing

A simple grid could include:
clear quartz (amplification)

rose quartz (heart energy)
Arranged in a geometric pattern.

More coherent.
Like the intention is held in place.

Over time, I also began to use crystals directly with chakras.
Placing crystals on the body:
third eye → amethyst, lapis
heart → rose quartz, green aventurine

What I’ve learned is that crystals don’t “force” anything open.
