What I’ve come to understand over the past year is that Earth is a school, and we are here to learn from the moment we are born. Early on, we are taught to see ourselves as separate from others. But as we grow, evolve, and expand, we begin to realize that we are part of something much greater, and we learn how to connect with that.
I spent years searching for love from others without realizing that the love I was seeking was already right in front of me. We all learn through our experiences, interactions, and life situations. It’s an important journey.

I experienced a similar “looking for love” journey and have also found that learning to love myself was the love I was truly missing. And having that love for myself extends out to others and back to me from them. What a beautiful feeling. It was a lot of hard work dealing with very hard emotions, triggers, and conditioning, but it was worth it. It’s definitely not something I was able to do quickly.
